Citation & Badge Policy

This policy explains how public rankings, scores and Tech Leaders Index badges may be referenced.

Attribution

When citing a ranking, identify Tech Leaders Index, the ranking title and the edition year, and link to the permanent ranking URL where practical.

Quotations

Use only limited excerpts that are lawful, accurate and not misleading. Do not reproduce complete proprietary reports or substantial original commentary without permission.

Ranking badges

A badge should only represent a position actually published in the live underlying ranking dataset. Do not alter the represented position, year or entity name in a way that misstates the index.

No endorsement

A ranking badge identifies a published editorial position. It does not create a certification, warranty, partnership or product endorsement.

Updates

If a ranking is materially corrected or superseded, references should point readers to the current canonical ranking or relevant historical edition.

Commercial use

Organisations may reference their genuine ranking position in factual marketing. Broader brand licensing or commercial reuse may require separate permission.
